Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items.
Digital Products (Subscriptions, E-Magazines):
Digital products are non-refundable unless the file provided is defective or inaccessible.
Events and Tickets:
Refunds for events or tickets are available only if the event is canceled or rescheduled. Refund requests for personal scheduling conflicts will not be accepted.
Certain items are non-returnable:
Downloadable digital products.
Items purchased during clearance sales.
